Join us on our tour with a glass of sparkling Riesling wine in your hand and let us lead you through our palace grounds and the impressive palace cellar, which houses the historical 11th century treasure chamber “Bibliotheca Subterranea”. You will taste three selected wines and learn why a Riesling from Schloss Johannisberg is so unique.
AROUND THE PALACE
Find out how late harvest wines were discovered at Schloss Johannisberg while sipping a glass of Schloss Johannisberg wine. During a tour around the palace you will learn fascinating details about the palace’s history and wine growing in this unique location.

If there are between one and ten participants, we charge a flat rate. In German or English. Guided tours take between 90 and 120 minutes.
THE WINE SHOP
The wine shop at Schloss Johannisberg is located in the middle of the palace grounds. Here you can taste, experience and buy Schloss Johannisberg wines. We will be happy to advise you on your personal choice of wine in our wine shop.

Visit our Restaurant “Schlossschänke”. Enjoy our sun-bathed terrace with a glass of Riesling and superb views of the Rheingau region.
