Bomsori Kim & Fabian Müller

Bomsori Kim & Fabian Müller

The Continuation of a Special Musical Partnership
Their collaboration began at the Rheingau Music Festival and has since evolved into a solid musical partnership: As a duo, these two exceptional talents perform on international stages and, much to our delight, are returning to their festival roots once again this summer. Anyone who regretted the end of their joint Beethoven journey after last summer’s rousing finale now has reason to rejoice, as these two audience favorites are continuing their musical partnership in the Rheingau. Following their highly successful three-year Beethoven cycle, Bomsori Kim and Fabian Müller are taking on a new challenge together this festival season: the violin sonatas of Johannes Brahms. What Beethoven began compositionally, Brahms continues in his sonatas, thereby setting new standards in this genre as well by composing music in which the two instruments perform as equals. With passionate intensity and the highest level of virtuosity, these two top musicians present a musical dialogue in this concert that marks another journey into the world of violin sonatas.
